Set across a sprawling 12-acre landscape, our Newark facility will stand as New Jersey’s premier purpose-built hub dedicated exclusively to film and television production. Proudly anchored by industry giant Lionsgate, the studio will be designed to set a new standard in the world of cinematic production. Our expansive 270,000 square-foot complex will include six versatile production stages, encompassing areas between 10,000 to 30,000 square feet. But we offer more than just space. Our studio ensures an all-encompassing production experience, equipped with essential services from grip and electric, mill space, equipment storage, studio support, offices, and catering services.
